The car went in for a water leek when the mechanic did a pressure test that caused another leek for which they charged me labour costs, I felt I should not have been cahrged for that.

Car for recall and MOT it was returned late due 14.30 at 16.45 and the valet not completed the car was returned dirty.

First visit good service,couldnt be more helpful.Return visit to have work done not so good.Was told nothing else they could do re door,it was the way it was built which might passenger door very difficult to open still.Still having probs with I pod

Could not speak with service manager or mechanic to find out about oil consumption, Trying to explain to some non tech person was a waste of time would have been as well talking to my dog.

I advised the dealership that i required the vehicle back for 15:00 and when i return to the dealership at 15:00 the work hadn't even been started.

The people there are nice but that's not the point, their inability to correct these problems at the first time of asking is really bad. The Service Manager has offered me a full valet in an attempt to compensate for the problems which is great.
